At G2 you can expect a quick, efficient response from well-trained and competent staff. We offer a range of Service Agreement Options covering both independent and integrated systems including Intruder and Fire Alarms, External Alarms and all types of CCTV and Access Control Systems
Even the most reliable and effective systems require maintenance from time to time. There are several key reasons why a service contract is important and should not be ignored. Without effective maintenance even the best equipment will eventually deteriorate, plus preventative maintenance gives you confidence and peace of mind.
DID YOU KNOW .........
- Depending on your system type, regular maintenance schedules may well be a requirement set out by your insurance company or by the Police. This will certainly be the case for all remote monitored installations.
- There are minimum requirements specified by the National Security Inspectorate (NSI) regarding annual preventative maintenance visits for all systems as follows:
Intruder Alarms:
2 preventative maintenance visits a year for all systems.
CCTV & Access Control:
1 preventative maintenance visit per year.
- The Data Protection Act Code of Practice for CCTV (2000) also states that maintenance should be undertaken on a regular basis in order to ensure that clear images are recorded.
